Mobile Plastic Repair Incorporated has been the nation's leader in the repair of rotationally molded plastic products and containers since 1994. We have repaired every shape, style, size and design of container manufactured in the last 15 years and this extensive experience has provided unique opportunities to assess and analyze the areas of these products that are consistently damaged and requiring repair. Though the years of hands-on experience and knowledge, this has enabled us to develop our own specialized proprietary techniques, welding processes and equipment that most often eliminates the need for constant repair. Due to this expertise, we believe so strongly that our repairs and welds are superior to any others on the market, we back our repairs with the best warranty available. All MPR repairs carry a Life Time Limited Warranty.

This warranty program is our commitment to you, the original purchaser, that every MPR repair will be free from defects in workmanship and material for the life time of the container. If a repair is found to have a defect(s) in material or workmanship, we will take the appropriate actions defined in our warranty to resolve any issues. MPR will repair or refund, whichever is deemed appropriate by MPR, any of our repairs that are recognized as defective within the lifetime of the container.

If you do notice a defect by terms of this warranty, please notify MPR via phone call. Please provide a brief description of the specific nature of the defect. MPR will, at our discretion, arrange for the repair or full reimbursement of the repair cost. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and in certain states additional legal rights may apply. Except for those other rights, MPR's responsibilities are limited to the prescribed solutions provided by this warranty.

Limitations: Improper use: This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or accident, forklift abuse or any device used for dumping or movement that subjects the container and repairs to excessive stress; Improper care: A good maintenance program will reduce damage. We will not warranty damage that can be eliminated by such a maintenance program. We will not pay for consequential or other incidental damages under this warranty. This includes any loss, damage or expense other than the repair itself. MPR is committed to providing customer service and support unparalleled to any in the industry. We will take all steps necessary to provide you and your company with a courteous, expedient solution to your claim.
