Protected Area Management Board (PAMB)

PAMB is a multi-sectoral policy- making body that decides on all matters related to planning and resource protection of MINP. This was created and organized pursuant to the National Integrated Protected Areas System on NIPAS Act.

PAMB is supervised by the Protected Area Office (PAO) thru the Protected Area Superintendent (PASu) that serves as the secretariat of the PAMB.

PAMB is currently chaired by Dir. Oscar M. Hamada, the Regional Executive Director of DENR - Region V and it is composed of 39 PAMB Representatives (See table below).
