...I want to welcome you to the Palace Seraglio, a Place of Obsessions. Our passions are the greatest things we have because they our own, and make us strive. An obsessive passion is a treasured jewel because it gives us strength when we feel weak and lost. Often formed when the imagination is only a child, we seem to cling to some hopes and ideas, and never abandon them, sometimes only because of the sentimentality. A lot can be said from a person by what they like, and why they like it. I guess I am trying to say a lot. Please, be kind, but share in my Seraglio of...

Hello and welcome to Obsession Seraglio. I am known as Necrono, the Water Oracle and Young Triune. I am a youth whose interests include the occult mysteries and metaphysics. I fancy myself a accolyte to a non-existent religion, so that I may someday become its priest. This is my third creation of this media, the other two being a place of Occult Thought, and a place of Vampiric Imagination.

The point of this may be very self-centered, but I guess that at least it has a point. I hope that whoever comes by this place enjoys it and learns. I am always willing to help a passion grow. Of the many ideas I had, I decided to build this one because there is something about an obsession that I cannot help but find fascinating. Now I don't mean that I find something fascinating and therefore it becomes an obsession, but I mean to say that my ability to find something as an obsession is fascinating. It seems like so many people on this earth simply like things, and than get over them. Perhaps it is just my overly analytical nature, but when I get started on something, I tend to pull it into a thousand peices, and then love it from there. I am an obsessive person. There is a book in just about every bookstore I know, in the occult section, that talks about the hidden meaning of names (now that I think about it, that might just be the title). Pulling the name apart, one of the letters in the name was given a meaning of "fish-hook", with a negative tone. It was determined from there that a person with such a name is a person who tends to get into subjects and not let go. They get stuck and tend not to change, and will even burrow deeper in the face of adversity, only because they want to. I felt like they had written the paragraph about me.

...So I guess the point is to explore my obsessions, and reflect on myself. Enjoy the labyrinth.
