Yorkshire Chemicals on Hunslet Road is a massive complex of industrial pipework and buildings. It is a visually stunning place as the sheer scale and volume of pipework spanning the whole site is something that really offers fantastic photography opportunities. Easy access to the site but you'd be welcomed by CCTV (a first for the OldBoy[s]). One nice feature is a tower of some description which would offer views across the city centre. Wonderful place, highly recommended.

Seemingly abandoned apart from the CCTV. There are plenty of things left in this main block.

Intricate pipework runs around the whole site. In most places paintwork peels to reveal rust leaving a 'desert storm' creamy brown colour to all the attached structure.

The pipework is clearly extensive. In the background notice the huge white tower.

In the distance lies Clarence Dock. These buildings seem free from vandalism and arson.
