A little (or rather, enormous) gem, Honest Rabbit and I stumbled across was Saxton Gardens. There are two full blocks of flats left abandoned. There must be a hundred or more flats between the two buildings and a parade of shops to go with it as well. Access is ridiculous as shuttering is across the bottom two floors. Another interesting aspect of this site is there are accessible pipelines which take you between each building. These pipelines are not for the feint of heart as they are disgusting inside!

The back of one of the buildings. Honest Rabbit, hard at work as always.

The pipelines under the flats, connecting to each other were easily accessible.

The pipelines also went down into further levels making for some great exploration.

The grime in this room was evident across the tiled walls.

A parade of shops adorned the front of one of the flats.

Paint peels from the ceiling through fire damage and soot.

Inside the corridors behind the shops.
