Ya nunca más Luis Miguel was born on 19th April 1970 in Puerto da Veracruz in Puerto Rico. His father (Luis Rey) was Spanish and his mother (Marcela) Italian. They settled in Mexico where his father passed himself and his son off as mexicans in order to avoid burocracy.The fact that Luis was Puerto rican was only discoved in 1993 by the magazine VEA.
