Martín Ricca (Martín Alejandro Ricca Peirone) was born on the 17th Decembre 1986 in Rio Quarto, Argentina. He formed a band with his brothers at the age of 3, playing the drums, his favourite instrument. However, it was not until his family moved to Cordoba and he was selected to play a leading role in the novela 'El diario del Daniella' that he became famous.
He was invited to Mexico for a week and won a contract to record his first CD entitled 'Corazones Rotos' when he was 11. This CD was successful and his family moved to Mexico and the following year Martin released his second CD 'Besos' (Kisses). This was followed by even greater success when he was selected to play a leading role in the soap 'Amigos X Siempre'.
