When we think about Europe nowadays we tend to focus on the European Union without taking a broader look at the very diverse picture European politics are providing. Even having in mind the EU’s attempt to create a joint foreign and security policy, we still have a lot of actors which speak with a lot of different voices on a lot of different issues.
