Pagtinabangay Foundation Partners with Ayala Foundation - USA

An alarming 100% drop out rate among children in three barangays prompted Pagtinabangay Foundation to raise funds among philanthropic pinoys in the US and other countries. This means that there are some barangays in Ormoc City that have zero enrollments in high school if official data from the city government are to be believed.
A zero high school enrollment in a barangay means stunted growth for the barangay. More kids are idle and will only think of getting married thereby increasing the barangay population year after year.
To be able to respond to this alarming situation, PFI sought the much needed assistance of Ayala Foundation - USA. When pinoys in the US channel their donations for Pagtinabangay Foundation's project through AF-USA, it can be tax deductible because AF-USA is a registered foundation in the US under 501 (c) (3) of the US Internal Revenue Code.
PFI's application for partnership with AF-USA was approved in October 18, 2006.
Therefore, to our kind-hearted pinoys who would want to help and at the same time make your contributions tax deductible by the US IRS, please choose to send your contributions in the following ways:
