NOTES

(1)    Robert Drouin the father of Robert "Le Canadian" was, by what  can be determined, also
        born in Pin-La-Garenne, France.
(2)    Nicolas bought lot #22A on the Island of Orleans from Pierre Loignon, the father of his
        wife Marie.  Marie Chapelier was the mother of Nicolas.
(3)    Pierre bought a lot close to his father, build a house on it,  in 1675.  This house is still there
        and is believed the be the oldest house on the Island of Orleans.  It is situated at number 4700
        Chemin Royal.  (see picture under photos)
(4)    Anne was the mother of Genevieve Drouin (m) Romain de Trepagny and Jeanne Drouin (m)
