For serious help installing or trouble-shooting browser operations, you can

read the Netscape Unofficial FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), or
jump straight to the Netscape Champions at the Netscape Navigator Newsgroup
Microsoft has newsgroups too, you can view links to these and other help groups in my 'Puter Help Page. If you're more confident, the Newsgroups Page shows how to "add" their servers and "subscribe" to the newsgroups you're interested in. There's also a recent list of over 100 free and public news servers and links to update sites.
(You could also download Haiping Zhao's cool applet that flips your button gifs onMouseOver too if you like).
