River Cliffs Weyr is open for business!
We are an approved off-line Weyr.

River Cliffs' Searchriders are continuing their effort to find candidates to stand on the Sands when Quiatesenth's clutch of 29 eggs, plus 1 Queen egg, hatch in the not too distant future.

We are in need of the following colors of riders at the moment: Green (Male and Female) and Blue Riders (Male, Female with very good quality persona sheet). Bronzes will be accepted with a very good persona sheet and so will browns, others will have to be Impressed at a hatching and we are having one very short coming. If you are sending in a persona, we also have the following ranks open: Wingleader & Wingsecond (require a writing sample), Assistant Weyrlingmaster, Candidatemaster (adoptable persona sheet requires writing sample) and Assistant Candidatemaster as well as Craftmasters (requires writing sample). We are also in need of candidates as there is a hatching upcoming shortly after North Ranges Weyr's hatching. There is a gold on the sands so we are in need of all types of candidates. Horizon Cliffs Hold and associated crafthalls are in need of crafters and residents alike as well as River Cliffs Weyr. So get those personas in soon!

There are some changes currently going on with River Cliffs Weyr, RP will go on as normal, just remember we're River Cliffs Weyr is on the Southern continent and is in the 9th pass. We are now a part of the Cooperative 9th Pass Weyrs with Cibryen and Wavecrest Weyrs! Hatching will go on as planned! So get your candidates in today!

We'll be announcing the date for the hatching as soon as we get enough candidates and other members. Those wanting to take their chances at the gold egg on the sands and bronzes that may be in the clutch are advised to get their persona sheets in ASAP as posting will be a major factor in who gets what as we are looking for people that are going to be active. The later you get your candidate in the less chance you may have at getting your desired choice!

Tragedy has struck River Cliffs not once but twice again. Acting Weyrleader T'wyn and his bronze Adowyth died in Threadfall and finally Senior Weyrwoman Nanete has succumbed to illness and Gold Syalth has betweened leaving Oriana as Acting Sr. Weyrwoman. A mysterious bronze rider from Oriana's past has arrived and has taken up the position of Acting Weyrleader. Will the new weyrleaders be able to bring the weyr out of tragedy and into a brighter future?

River Cliffs Weyr is closed indefinitely as owner is dealing with family issues and is not sure at present when she'll be able to get it back up and running though is hoping for within the next year if things settle.
