Welcome to the home page of Milu, a student of Anna University, Chennai, India. This is my space on the web, a place where I can share my experiences and aspirations with you. This is also a page to pay obeisance to my obsession with that fascinating subject, ENDOCRINOLOGY.

I am currently a final year student at the Centre for Biotechnology (CBT), on the lush green campus of Anna University, Chennai, pursuing a B.Tech degree in Industrial Biotechnology. I belong to the land of spices, Kerala (Cochin, to be specific) and have made the university hostels my abode, during my course of study here.

This particular course offered by the Centre For Biotechnology (CBT), is the result of a unique partnership between Anna University and a group of life science industries called the Biotechnology consortium. The program in its eleventh year today is a beautifully balanced program that provides a student with an excellent mix of subjects with a technical bent such as Bioprocess technology and Downstream processing and pure science courses like Molecular Biology, Cell Biology and Immunology. The department, with its excellent faculty has succeeded in giving its students a very clear picture of the rapidly expanding field of applied and pure biology.

My field of interest however, as must be obvious, is the field of Endocrinology.

I am interested in pursuing my graduate studies in this field followed by a career in research
