Changeling

a Map of the Empire of Concordia.
This page contains contact information for the local chapter of the Camarilla Shining Host venue (CND-019), as well as useful internet resources for players and story-tellers alike {we're all story-tellers in this game, really, together telling the best tale that we can}.

Andrew Aulenback CA2002022320 is the curent principal VST and general roustabout for the Shining Host venue in Halifax. He also tries to keep this website up-to-date. And fails. Terribly.

The Camarilla National Affiliate of Canada also hosts a website, as does the International Camarilla StoryTellers team. Lots of good stuff. Lastly in this list, someone has determined to host all In-Character News for the American Venue(s).
Visit these sites.

So what is all this, anyway? The Washington Post published an article answering that very question in 1996.

There are a number of in- and out-of-character mailing lists available to players in the local Shining Host venue. These allow you to interact with players in related games across the globe.

Many resources are available on line with your computer (beyond the site at which you're currently visiting).
A few are particularly recommended:
One venue with an attractive site which also has lots and lots of photos of folks in costume here, at the Conneticut-based "Mother Grimm's" troupe.
Toronto's Camarilla Shining Host folk also have an excellent website.
Canadian history? Well, since story comes from history, and vice versa, here's a brief history of Canada, available on the web.
An author who has sparked much, Charles de Lint
And artists who have sparked equally much, T. Diterlizzi, and Brian and Wendy Froud.
A site is available with numerous online resources for building Character Backgrounds and Histories, thanks to Holly Kubaskie US2002021248.
And notable quotations, entertaining one and all, are available - taken from a non-Camarilla LARP in the United States, but amusing nonetheless.

Updates have their own page.
