General Training

 

    This is a general plan of the weekly training for the Men's and Women's senior squads.  All the training is done at the same time by both squads, but it will be adapted during the year.

Monday:            Circuit Training, at the boathouse, 6:00pm

Tuesday:            20/20/20, Run/Ergo/Run, at the boathouse, 6:00pm

Wednesday:       Rowing, 4:00pm

Thursday:          Weights and Ergos (coached), at the boathouse, 6:00pm

Friday:               Off

Saturday:           Rowing, 8:00am

Sunday:             Rowing, 8:00am

   For novices the weekly training is slightly different at the beginning of the year, but through the year it will change to follow that of the senior squads.  At the beginning of the year it is similar to the following:

Monday:            Circuit Training, at the boathouse, 6:00pm

Tuesday:            Ergos (coached), at the boathouse, 6:00pm

Wednesday:       Rowing, 2:00pm

Thursday:          Optional

Friday:              Off

Saturday:           Rowing, 11:30am

Sunday:             Rowing, 11:30am
