Microsoft XBox Video Game System (NTSC)Basic package which includes the Xbox console and one S-Controller. This is currently the best gaming console on the market, better then the aging Sony Playstation 2 as well as the new GameCube made by the respectable gaming corporation Nintendo. South Africa uses PAL, which is different from NTSC format, so before buying a NTSC device, make sure the television will accept it. Because this Xbox is NTSC, it will only accept NTSC game CDs. Therefore, any games sold in South Africa (being PAL) will not work in this particular Xbox. I will gladly organize NTSC games for my buyers and they will see I can get them at a cheaper price than what the PAL versions are sold here. Secondly, this Xbox needs 110V @60Hz. For the Xbox to run, one needs a "step-down converter" which is priced at no more than R100. Because the Xbox is practically a computer, it will need a proper coil converter as appose to those small electronic converters that usually cost R40.
