The Inthira Restaurant
is inside Amphur Mae Sariang town, near the intersection traffic lights
and opposite the Thai Military Bank.
The dishes we would like to recommend are fish , normally caught
from the Salawin River, such as Tom Yum or various kinds of Phat .
The cooking here is done by the skillful chef combining
with freshness of vegetables and fishes.
The Pieng Jai Restaurant
is located at the side of the route Mae Sariang Mae Hong Son , a
short distance across PTT Petrol Station. Here, Kaeng Som Pae
Sa and Mu Kham Hwan are excellent. We had to order these dishes
both times when we stopped during the same trip.
The Rim Yuam Restaurant
is established by the Yuam
River ,on Lang Panich Road. The atmosphere at the time of sunset is
finely nice and at night there is Folk music performace.
