1st Quarter September 1 to November 15
101 Ministry of the Holy Spirit
This study focuses on spiritual fruit, and the spiritual gifts.  Students are guided in discovery of their own spiritual gifts and position of ministry in the Body of Christ.

 

102  Basic Bible Survey I: Old Testament
This survey is for the entire Old Testament. It focuses on the prophesies and underlying theme of salvation. It covers each of the books from Genesis to Malachi.

 

103  Kingdom Living
Understanding of “kingdom principles” is necessary if one is to spread the Gospel of the Kingdom.  This course focuses on patterns and principles of Kingdom living and how the Holy Spirit wants to break into the life of a believer for personal revival.

 

104  Strategies for Spiritual Harvest 
This class focuses on personal evangelism. It teaches the student how to be a soul winner; how to reach your friends and relatives for Christ. It also teaches the practical knowledge to talk to children, those in cults, and how to help others grow in Christ.

 

105  Knowing God’s Voice
This course explains how God speaks to men today and how to find His general and specific plans for life.  A Christian model for decision making is presented, along with guidelines for overcoming wrong decisions, steps to take if you have missed the will of God, and methods for dealing with questionable practices.

 

 
2nd Quarter January 2 to March 16
106 Foundations of Faith
This course stresses the importance of walking in faith. It covers positive confessions, aligning one’s attitude with the Word of God, and living the Believer’s testimony as outlined in the Bible. 

 

107  Basic Bible Survey II: New Testament
This survey reviews all the four books of the Gospel, from Matthew to John, and the book of Acts. It takes into consideration the life and times Jesus, and explains the circumstances of the Church during the writing of New Testament. 

 

108  Basic Bible Survey III: Pastoral & Prison Epistles
This is an overview of all the epistles written by the various authors. Paul’s writings both include his ministry as an apostle as well as his writings while he was in prison.  Other authors discussed are those of the Jerusalem pastorate, James, Peter and John. 

 

109  Spiritual Warfare
This is a practical course on the fight against the enemy, Satan.  It includes Biblical tactics of war such as warfare with the flesh and the world.  It gives practical advice about using the Word of God, facing Satan’s Kingdom, objective doctrine and aggressive prayer, as well as confrontational skills. 

 

110 Gifts of the Holy Spirit
This course covers the gifts of the Spirit and the callings of the believer. It helps Christians understand their personal gifts and defines how, through the gifts of the Spirit, the Body of Christ works together. There is a placement test that will identify particular inclinations for each person.

3rd Quarter April 1 and June 15
201  Christian Ethics
This class is on the decisions that Christians must make on the ethical issues facing our nation today. Abortion, homosexuality, pollution, obscenity, divorce and other moral dilemmas are covered.

 

202   Leadership & Personal Discipleship
This class develops the Christian leader. It teaches leadership of servant-hood, example and self-sacrifice. It communicates the ability to disciple others into the faith through a life of commitment to Christian ideals.

 

203   Revival
This course is a life study of Charles Finney by V. Raymond Edman. The revival methods and messages of Finney are studied including the necessity of prayer for revival as well as prayer basics, methods of preaching and hindrances to revival. Missions and Evangelism.

 

204  Call of God and the Anointing
This class helps the Believer identify their calling of God by teaching Biblical principles of knowing your gifts and how to apply them.  The anointing follows the Word and is upon all Believers. This section of the class helps students learn how to get a greater anointing through study of God’s Word and humility.

 

205   Revelation and End Times
This is an extensive course on the Book of Revelation. It covers the symbolism of the book of Revelation as well as the divisions of Revelation, from “things that were”, “things that are” to “things that will be”.  It is an exciting view of end time prophecy.

 

4th Qtr--Summer Session (June 29-August 12)
206   Prayer and Fasting
his course is a comprehensive overview of prayer & the basic methods necessary to walk in victory. The class describes the effects prayer has on the individual, the church at large and the world. It covers the prayer of faith, commitment, & praying in tongues.  It is also an overview of fasting, understanding how to fast, “God’s Chosen Fast” and calling the body into obedience. 

 

207   Doctrinal Foundations
This class reviews the historical Christian church and the doctrinal principles that are established for it through scripture.  It reviews the doctrines of baptism, sin, judgment, man, God, resurrection, God’s purpose for man, devils, revelation, special revelation, and more.

 

208   Lifestyle of Worship
This course reviews the methods of worship and the commitments the believer needs for a successful life.  Introduction to worship, praise, Abraham’s worship, warfare and worship, healing and worship, the Holy Spirit and worship, giving in worship, prophetic worship, David’s tabernacle of worship and more.

 

209  Christian Evidences
This study is concerned with the principles of Apologetics and defense of the faith.  How Christianity is different and why it is unique from other world Religions, the reliability of the Bible, philosophical basis for believing in God, historicity of Jesus and the Bible, the Resurrection, and creation vs. evolution are all covered in this course.

 

210  Kingdom of the Cults
This intense journey about the deceptiveness of cults explains most of the varieties of cults. It teaches what to believe concerning: the one true God, the Trinity, the person of Christ, the Holy Spirit, the work of Christ, Christ’s Resurrection and promised return, salvation by faith, judgment, heaven and hell, man and the Bible.
