Campus of Science College, Patna
The large campus of Science college is located from Bihar College of Engineering, Patna in the east to the campus of Central Library, Patna University in the west and from the Ashok Rajpath in the south to the bank of the Holy river the Ganga in the north. There are a number of trees, small gardens and green fields in the large and beautiful campus of the college.
The different departments of the college are located in the campus. In the departmental buildings of the college, the Post Graduate (M.Sc.) classes of the University is also located. The teachers / staffs of the UG and PG department of the concerned subjects work like a merged unit. And they participate in the teaching, discussions, examination works etc.
There are five laboratories in the college campus, which are established in the independent buildings. There are Nine Departments, Six Hostels, Three sport field, One Gimnezium and an administrative building. In the administrative building, there are College office,Principal Office, Main Library of the college, Departments of Hindi, English and Mathemarics(UG). In this building, there are three lectures halls and many lab rooms.
The main library of the college is located in the first floor of the administrative building, which is a place of books on Science and Arts. There is a common room, in which reserach students can discuss and study. Apart from these, every deparment has separate library (one for UG belongs to the college administration and one belongs to PG).
