Physical Appearance: With dark brown, almost black colored hair, A'rian has the distinct look of Romany descent. His hair is cut about a inch from his scalp, a bit shaggy looking generally. A slightly gleamy look when he has been working hard. His eyes are a an emerald green color, oval in shape and widely spaced, and are large and bright. Most likely of Slavic descent, he is naturally tanned with high cheekbones and a nicely featured face. Like a gypsy. Roughly 5'11, athletically built with a few well defined muscules in his arms. About 180 in weight. Generally stutters when he is nervous, but otherwise is a nice tenor voice. He has a habit of saying 'I knew it!" He is left handed. A'rian wears loose shirts and tight pants, bringing out his muscles and especially his face. Generally light grays and greens, which bring out his face very well.

Personal Information: A'rian is has a definate short attention span, and is a free spirit, he hates structure and rather determine his destiny himself, and considers himself the only good judge about it. Having a bronze has gone to his head, and he considered himself the top ladies' man in the Weyrling Wing. It is quite obvious he likes to Mess around, joke, think he's being funny, flirt with the girls. He definatly has a lazy streak.

History: Born into a family with deep roots in Long River Hold, Alarian's family was not an important family but more behind the scenes, especially in the stables. Grandfather Kostrell was the stablemaster for ten turns before his death, and when Alarian reaches eight he was already working at least four candlemarks a day in the stables with his older father and brother, mucking out stables and cleaning the runnerbeasts. And instead of being apprenticed out, he continued to do the same thing up until the day he was Searched at fifteen turns.

A'rian Impressed Khaerenth at Long River Weyr and had just graduated Weyrling Training when the Weyr collapsed - luckily A'rian was riding sweeps at the time, but he lost everything, including the brand new set of expensive riding straps he had commisioned. Finally, after shortly being sent to Ista Weyr due to the sheer number of Long River riders and staff at South Reach, A'rian ended up at Scyjavor.
