The program delivery mode has been chosen to be online through two way video conferencing in a class size of 60 students.

The online learning mode is supplemented with face to face delivery of lectures at Campus location for all the importatnt as well as special lectures that cann't be delivered online.

The managers learn on weekends and implement their learning during the week in the scenario of their own industry.

The Case method of study as the backbone is supplemented by lectures, seminars, games, role plays, industrial visits and group discussions.

The application of learning to real life situations and the problems therof are best studied by this pedagogy.
