Rates (there is no tax!)

  • "In Season" (Memorial Day through Labor Day): $850/week or $150/night

  • "Off Season": $550/week or $80 per night

  • Special Monthly rates available on a case-by-case basis.  (Call for further details)
Deposits/Rentals

  • Non-refundable 50% deposit required at time reservation is placed.  

  • Cleaning deposit of $100 required.  Refunded at the completion of renters stay, if unit is left clean according to a list provided.

  • Linens are not provided, but may be rented for an additional cost of $6.00 per "Set".  (Sheet Set: 2 sheets with 2 pillow cases, or Bath Set: 1 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash towel.)
