- Check-In: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, unless other arrangements are made.
- Check-Out: 10:00 am
- No Pets: The condominium association has strict rules regarding pets. Anyone found in violation of this rule will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.
- No Smoking.
- Keys: Once the reservation has been made, arrangements will be made for key pick-up and return.
- Damages: Renters will be responsible for all damages that occur during their stay.
- Telephones: There is not a phone available in the condo, so please bring your cellular phone.
- Cleaning: There is no cleaning service available. Unit is expected to be cleaned according to a list located on fridge in the kitchen. If it is not, the $100 cleaning deposit will be forfeited.
- Items to bring: Paper products, bathroom tissue, plastic wrap, trash bags, beach equipment, linens and towels. Linen and towel rental is available (see 'Rates&Reservations').
