The Board of Directors are a ruling body. We are here to enforce Anne McCaffrey's rules, which can _not_ be broken, but our rules are bendable. :) Below are the different seats and who holds them at this moment. If you have any questions that aren't answered by the time you read this page and the Rules then email us.
Boardie #1: Communications: Sonja • This Boardie relays any new and/or important things happening in the club. She sends out welcome messages to newbies. Pretty much keeps the peace in the club. Boardie #2: Persona Approval: Board • This Boardie looks over all new personas and approves them or sends them back for a refurbish. This doesn't mean that its wrong but you have to stay in Pern canon. Boardie #3: Webbie: Sonja • This Boardie is responsible for getting the site updated every week. Whether with new personas or other things that are added later. Boardie #4: Flights Organizer: Sonja • This Boardie is responsible for organizing mating flights for our gold and green dragons and firelizards. Updates on the Flights page will be done quickly. Boardie #5: Timeliner & Req/LOA Tracker: Sonja • This Boardie is responsible for keeping track of Ranking Requirements and LOAs of members. She will also be keeping a Timeline of what's going on in the club. Feel free to ask to help. |
