Our members work from the Toastmasters Communication and Leadership Programme, a series of speech assignments which allow the Toastmaster to progress at their own pace. Most of the speeches from the first C&L Manual are in a 5-7 minutes time frame. Some of the advanced speeches are up to 20 minutes.

I hope to include examples for each speech assignment soon. (Come on, everybody, where are those speeches!!)
