Instructors: Diane Nantt and Billy DeHerrera from the “Quilters Friend” shop in Lodi.

Diane has a degree in fabric, she loves it, and she’s going to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with us.  In addition to being involved with the quilting shop, Billy is a theatrical costume designer and will share his knowledge of how colors “work”; some useful math information to help us determine the amount of fabric needed for quilts, borders and bindings, and corner and set triangles for “on-point” quilts; and some tips on embellishing our creations.

Diane and Billy encourage everyone to bring items from your stash and they will give advice on the fabrics and colors.  It will be a very informative and fun class.
