CREATE AN ANIMATED GIF - FREE ANIMATED GIFS

Don't you just love it when you come across a page and there is a lot of activity going on?. When I came across sites on the Web that contained cool little animated images, I wondered 'How did they do that?'. With a little more investigation I discovered that I could actually create one myself!. If you like those animations and would like to include them in your page, good news! - you can borrow images already made from sites throughout the Web, or why not even make your own.
All you need is a Graphics Program and an Animation Program.

Making Animated Gifs

There are several animation programs, shareware, freeware or demoware available for download on the Web.
You can find a great range at TUCOWS but I do offer some suggestions below.

Just follow the instructions that come with the programs, create some graphics with your graphics program, and you will be making your first animated gif before you know it!.
