Smedberg Middle School offers a well-rounded activities program specific to the site. Our goal is to provide a variety of activities for the student which will enhance and expand their educational experience. Students, staff, and parents will have the opportunity to go beyond first impressions and develop strong connections through participation or volunteering to help with orientations, workshops, clubs, intramurals, athletics, fund raisers, and lunch-time activities.
Smedberg student leaders focus on developing a positive, respectful, and diverse activities program that will set a tone of school and community pride, sportsmanship, and respect for one’s self, school, and others. By connecting students to school through different activities outside of the classroom, both schools will be developing well-rounded students with skills in teamwork, meeting skills, communication, and time management.
