After making your reservation and finalizing a menu for the evening, you will receive an itemized invoice a few days later (via paper or email). Payment is then due up to 48 hours before your event.

I will need to be in your kitchen starting about an hour and a half before appetizers are to be served. You are expected to provide all serving plates, bowls, glasses and silverware. I have a certain amount of pots, pans and cooking utensils that I can bring with me; needless to say, the more large appliances you own (such as a blender, toaster, mixer, etc.) the smoother the evening will be. We will discuss these issues in more detail when you make your reservation.

You can expect me to serve all the food during the evening, unless you would like to serve it yourself. I'm also happy to open/pour the wine during the evening, and to make coffee at the end of the meal if you wish (and if you own a coffee machine). I will also be clearing the dishes at the end of each course, and will leave at the end of the evening with your kitchen in the same clean state it was before.
