Your meal with the Slacker Chef consists of five courses: an appetizer, soup or salad, side dish, main dish, and dessert. The price is the same for each meal: $20 a person for a vegetable main dish, $22 for seafood, and $24 for meal or poultry. (Click here for more information on menu options.)

A specific invoice for your meal will be put together a day after your reservation and either mailed or emailed to you. Payment is due 48 hours before your event. I am happy to accept either cash or a check, but unfortunately cannot accept credit card payments at this time. You are welcome to mail your payment directly to me, although I would prefer to just swing by your home or place of work and pick it up. (Stopping by your home will give me the additional benefit of checking out your kitchen in advance and determining what special equipment I will need to bring.) You are entitled to a full refund in the case of a cancellation 24 hours or more before your meal; because I purchase the ingredients the night before your event, however, you are only entitled to a 50 percent refund if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

By the way, I'm happy to accept a gratuity after the meal, if you and your friends have had a particularly enjoyable experience. Even better, please feel free to tell your friends about the Slacker Chef if you have a good experience - word of mouth is the number-one way I get new clients.
