Your meal with the Slacker Chef consists of five courses: an appetizer, soup or salad, main dish, side dish, and dessert. What you put in these five slots is up to you - I've created a list below for each category, and you are free to simply go through it and check what you want. Clicking on an item gives you a little more detail on the recipe, as well as a list of ingredients for those with dietary restrictions. All the dishes on this page have been prepared for friends and family in the past, so I can personally guarantee them. This list also expands on a weekly basis, so make sure to check regularly for the latest.

Meals are $20 per person for a vegetarian main dish, $22 for seafood, and $24 for meat or poultry. I also accept requests for special themed meals; write to me with your idea and I will give you a quote. (One client, for example, had me use chocolate in all five courses of their meal; you will find their recipies scattered throughout the list as well.) If there is something specific you have a hankering for but don't see on this list, just ask! Most of the time I will easily be able to accommodate you.

And finally, don't forget that I also offer an optional sommalier service. Click here for more details.

[Menu items with a (v) next to their names mean that they are vegan-friendly - that is, they contain no meat, poultry, seafood, eggs or dairy products. Don't let the stereotype fool you, though - they are also delicious dishes, and appropriate for all types of diets.]
