A highway without exits

Inside each and every one of you
There is a highway
A highway full of ups and downs,
But no exits
A highway but no exits
A highway full of lefts and rights, no exits

It's your own personal highway
You look around while you're driving,
And you feel angry, you feel like blowing up

You like giving up to find that one exit.
You say to yourself, "I must stay calm"
"There has got to be a way of finding my exit,"

You have to stop panicking
Every step you take, you think more clearly
Your mind is being free from your problem.
And as you look ahead, you see a dim light
"I did it'" you say
"I am almost there."
Then finally you reach your exit
"I made it," you say
"I made it home.
