Born Georgia Mary Randall, Georgie grew up in the Georgia on a cotton plantation with a wealthy father. Georgie's father died in the War, and Georgie lost the plantation soonafter. Destitute, she trusted a Yankee soldier named Leroy Buckley. He promised her wealth in New York, and made her sign a contract. Georgie was so desperate, she didn't read it. When they arrived in New York, Leroy put Georgie to work in his brothel.After a while, Georgie accepted her fate and her new name, Belle Lovelorn. After ten years, Georgie lost her class and refinement. But then she met Tess and decided to leave the detested life. With a thousand dollars, she contacted her mother's mother in San Francisco and went to live with her. With a little help from her grandmother and old friends of her father, Georgie started her own dressmaking shop in San Francisco. Georgie has long, curly, golden blond hair; blue eyes; and soft skin. Tall, almost regal in appearance, Georgie quickly regained her dignity once in San Francisco and returned to the beautiful Southern belle she once was. She creates elegant gowns and casual wear, and only wears her own creations. Usually wears lighter colors, floral prints, or stripes. Georgie soon met and fell in love with Dr. Gabe Hewitt. When she married him, he and his children, Steven and Louisa, went with her to Tess's wedding. Leroy had made plans, though, and kidnapped her. She was discovered and saved by Grace Marshall. Leroy got away, but turned up at the wedding where he again tried to kidnap her. She was once again saved, this time by newcomer Stuart MacKenzie. Georgie was then able to kill Leroy. She and Stuart became friends, and Georgie and Gabe welcomed Stuart into their home while she carried and gave birth to her baby. She and Gabe had their first child, Randall Stuart Jeremiah (her maiden name, for Stuart, and her father's name). An old friend of Gabe's soon arrived to visit and Georgie discovered that he was one of her old, more regular clients. Peter Carlson began blackmailing her and she had several nightmares, but he was stopped before he could expose Georgie when his wife found him out.
