I AM The Only Car On The Road

I pulled off the roundabout at junction 23 of the M25, heading towards Barnet. Just round the almost-blind bend is a stationary car, not pulled over to the side of the road, just sitting the the middle of the lane with his hazard lights on. Cars are screeching up behind him and a queue is beginning to form. In the car is an old businessman, speaking into a mobile phone and perusing some papers. He was utterly unaware of the fact that at any minute a truck could come round that bend and smack right into the back of his car. But as is so often the case it was a big car and he probably felt that he wouldn't get hurt (what about the guy who hits him?) I can only assume his phone had rung and he'd just stopped where he was. If there had been a safe place to park I'd have stopped and awarded him a Dickhead Of The Day award.

Stress Relief

From: We got this from Marjorie in Minnesota who clearly has had a stressful night and wnated to share her frustrations with us. We hope you feel better now, Marjorie.
I suppose I should start by saying that I have been seeing this man for about 2 1/2 months. He started out being my mortgage loan officer, I was trying to buy a house. Now at first he was this sweet, god fearing man that I was extremely attracted to. Tall, handsome the whole works. Anyhow. We went out the other night and he all the sudden does this three freaking sixty degree turn around on me and I am so flipping angry that he thinks he can be such a pompous ass because he is a man and has something dangling. I have never been one that wanted to be a man but I know he is somehow extremely confused about this womans place in the world compared to a man. He is so extremely arrogant and rude and insulting and YUCK....I can't believe I ever even thought this man was nice. He flipped out because I said I didn't want to have a conversation about how dangerous it could be for me and my children if I didn't watch my back all the time. HELLO...I don't need someone telling me how to live my life and if I wanted to live my life in fear of what could happen I would become the UNIBomber..OKay. Anyhow he then has the nerve to call me at work and try to give me this third degree like I owe him some kind of apology for speaking up for myself....Totally a DickHead. Anyhow if you would like to make him the DICKHEAD of the century his name is DON!!!
