CHOCALATE NO BAKE OATMEAL COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
2 CUPS SUGAR
1/2 CUP CAN MILK
1 STICK OF BUTTER
4 TBSP COCOA
2 1/2 CUP OATMEAL
1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
1 TSP VANILLA
COOK SUGAR ,MILK,BUTTER,COCOA, COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AFTER IT COMES TO A BOIL.....REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD OATS...ALSO ADD VANILLA,AND PEANUT BUTTER...
THEN TAKE A TABLE SPOON AND DROP IT ON WAX PAPER ........LET COOL AND
ENJOY!!
Chocolate Eclair
2 pkg. french vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
12-16oz. cool whip
1 can chocolate frosting
1 package graham crackers
9x12 in pan
Line the bottom of the pan wth graham crackers. Mix pdding and milk and
fold into cool whip. Pour oer crackers. Put crackers on top of this
mixture and then spread on chocolate frosting. Chill over night.
Oatmeal Cookies
3/ 4 c marg.
3/4 c.sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp.vanilla
Optional...1 cup of...raisins..chocolate chips...candies etc...
Mix in order. Drop onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes at 375
Pumpkin Bars
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnimon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
16 0z can of pumpkin
4 eggs
Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl blend all of the bar ingredients on
low speed until moist. Then blend for 2 min. at medium speed. Pour into
greased pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes and then let cool. If you make this
in a 9x12 casserole pan it will take longer to cook you are supposed to
use the one just larger than that.
FROSTING
2c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. marg. or butter
3 oz. pg cream cheese
1 tblsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Spread over
bars when they have cooled.
