Carpe Canem!

-- "Seize the dog!" (What you do after that I don't WANT to know...)

The first three months came off flawlessly (Told ya terpentine would work!) and we enter the next quadrant. 1998 was supposed to be an adventure, but so far is turning our like a serial film. (Think Indiana Jones with "to be continued..." breaking in every 20 minutes.) In the meantime, I am preparing for my most mail intensive venture yet... the RTFM Web Ring (if you don't know, ask a Microsoft support tech). Stay tuned.
Now as usual, I want to leave you with something to think about. How's this: What do you call a moose and his brother? (for those who think this is a riddle, reinterpret it as "What is the plural of "moose"?".)
This job just keeps getting easier...
Now the moment you've been waiting for: The rules!
  • When in doubt, rely on depth perception... It usually filters out the lame conversations anyway.
  • This is not Singapore. Write in the walls, the ceiling, the Guest book and the Discussion Board! (HUGE hints here... :) ) I promise not to cane you unless you ask.
  • No, that is not my finger. Stop asking.
  • I am not responsible for any ideas left unsecured. If you let these things run free, sooner or later a Tupperware party will break out, I just know it, so lock your doors.
  • In the event of a water landing, swim. Or, in the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Duh"... or was that "Where's Waldo?"...
  • In case you are needing help starting a rant or creating a discussion, feel free to stop off in the Rants room (The Writing on the Shell) for a few pointers to kick off conversation with.
  • "One is the lonliest number". This was the advice of Three Dog Night, and last time I checked three more than one. "Imagine No Posessions". - This was the advice of John Lennon, who had more money than I've ever seen in one place. If these people are qualified to give sage advice without knowing the topic, you can too. Have at.
  • If you want to see the last opening screen, click here. Some things never change... :)
  • Remember, it's all in fun, so if I offend someone with something here, let everyone know. I could use the publicity.

One other thing. I do not use "placeholder" links to pages that say they are under construction, and I do not use frames. I have very little Java here, which makes this place easier to live with than a Tasmanian Devil with a toothache. As with any web page, this is a work in progress. The key difference is that if there is a link here, it is live or it is gone... Let me know if you find something that takes you into Bermuda without your shorts. Thanks!
