Proceedure:

-Ballots will be mailed
-The ballot is to be filled out by the memmber in whose name it is to be voted, naming his choice for officers, which however, need not be confined to nominees. The completed ballot must then be foldedand placed in the small envelope which is provided for that purpose. The small envelope must then be sealed and placed in the larger envelope, upon which the member will clearly mark his name and return address before placing same in the government mail for deliver to the post office box designated thereon.
