Toastmasters International empowers people to achieve their full potential and realize their dreams. Through our member clubs, people throughout the world can improve their communication and leadership skills and find the courage to change.

GOALS FOR 2008 - 2009
Achieving Distinguished Club Program (DCP)
The DCP helps our club to accomplish it's purpose by focusing on educational awards and membership. The DCP monitors and measures our club's progress. It is a yearly program running from month of July to June the following year.

The program consists of 10 Goals our club should strive to achieve. 

World HQ tracks the progress of our club towards these goals throughout the year, sending quarterly progress reports to our President.

At the end of the term, World HQ calculates the number of goals our club achieved and recognizes it as a Distinguished Club based on the number of goals achieved and the number of members it has.

The 10 DCP Goals are:
 

1.	Two CCs.
2.	Two more CCs.
3.	One ACs.
4.	One more ACs.
5.	One CL, AL or DTM
6.	One more CL, AL or DTM
7.	Four new members
8.	Four more new members
9.	Minimum of four Club Officers trained during each of  two training periods
10.	One semi-annual membership report and one Club Officer  list submitted on time.
