Utena and Anthy discover that Nanami is the one behind their personality switch when they see her with Keiko, Aiko, and Yuuko selling pictures of their new role reversals, and laughing over their predicament. When Touga also overhears this information, Nanami begs for his forgiveness.

When Nanmi and her henchmen return, the curry is lost when Nanami slips on a banana peel.

When Saionji arrives at Utena and Anthy's dorm, demanding an explanation of Anthy's diary entry calling him a dumbass, "Anthy" serves him some of her special curry. As soon as he samples it, they discover that the reason for the personality switch was not the magic spice, but Anthy's cooking.
