Comics

Comics. I love comics ... comic books ... comic strips ... humorous illustrations ... animation ... I love them all. For the longest time I thought that I would make my living drawing comics. But when push came to shove, I didn't want to work at it ... I wanted it to come easy. And I've come to realize that no matter how talented you might be (and trust me, I wasn't that talented) you have to work in order to make a living at anything.

Over the years, though, I've produced a small body of work here and I'm proud of what I did. Very little of it was ever seen outside of the communities I lived at the time the strips were drawn ... but through the magic of the internet I can now share my work with people no matter where they live.

Ego trip aside, I also want to use this section to draw attention to other cartoonists whose work I enjoy. Some of their work you'll know, but I bet most of it you won't. Check them out ... I'm sure at least one or two will strike your fancy. (If you like them all, then your tastes line up exactly with mine and you should seek immediate psychological help!)
