The devilishly handsome author ... .................................... ... or the Elton John look-alike?

With the right amount of preparation I can be either one, but the truth is that on most days I'm just plain ol' Stan! .... writer of stuff ... drawer of things ... and Creative Director to the stars. I'm casual to a fault, altenately shy and bombastic, and really loathe to believe my own press clippings. I'm confident enough in my body of work to believe that my website would be at least moderately entertaining, but self-effacing enough to think that not a lot of people will be dropping by. Oh, and enough of a dreamer to picture a bigger, busier Stannex that people actually care about.

This area is devoted to ... well ... to me. I prefer to let my work stand on its own, but in this modern day of spin doctors, guerilla marketing, and shameless self-aggrandizement it is pretty much expected that I say something about myself.

Now, don't get me wrong. I love to talk about me! But usually only when I can see my audiences eyes and know when I'm rambling on too long. I'll have to trust you all to know when you've had enough and move on to more content heavy sections of the Stannex. Until then, please enjoy the little factoids contained below.
