Stratford Nighthawks Sled Dog Race

The Stratford Youth Fund will be at the Clubhouse both days providing us with breakfast and lunch at a nominal fee. Also, they will be sponsoring a spaghetti supper at the end of the races on Saturday for $7.00 pp. Please come on by and enjoy the event and support the Stratford Youth Fund.
Saturday's finishing times as well as any Sunday race updates will be announced at the supper.
No Fax Entries are being accepted. Postal Entries must be received by Wednesday. Any other additions or changes will take place at the drivers meeting with a $5 late fee penalty.
Drivers meeting will be held at 7pm Friday, at the Nighthawks Clubhouse.
Classes being offered:
8-12 dogs --> 40 miles
6 dogs --> 30 miles
4-6 dogs --> 15 miles
2 dog --> 15 mile skijour
All teams will run the same course on Sunday**
**To accommodate for road crossing volunteers, the RGO reserves the right to request a team who takes a significant amount of time
(as compared to the top three drivers in his/her class) on Saturday, to run on Sunday in the next lower class distance.
Dates/Time:
The drivers meeting with bib draw will be held Friday night at 7:00pm. Late entries will be accepted between the hours of 6 and 7pm.
10:AM race start on Saturday.
9:AM race start on Sunday.
Late entry Info:
Entries received after 5pm Wednesday, will be accessed a $5 late fee.
Purse:
There will be a small purse ($amt TDB) paid down to third position in the 40 and 30 mile classes.
