Silicon Designs, Inc. builds a wide range of accelerometers for OEM and instrumentation applications.  Our capacitive design provides both DC and dynamic response to acceleration.  Integrated accelerometer electronics provide a high level, low impedance output to minimize environmental noise pickup, and no separate charge amplifiers are needed.  In addition, the accelerometers are available with either a traditional analog output, for use with conventional data acquisition systems using A/D converters, or with a digital output, suitable for direct integration with microprocessors.

Our Accelerometer products offer a wide variety of standard G ranges, form factors, and output styles to suit any application.  Custom Accelerometer packaging, outputs, and screenings are available on a per case basis.

Silicon Designs' Accelerometers are being used by the US Military, NASA, and in the automotive, transportation, and agricultural industries.
