Phase I :

When you expose the insulated box to any source of concentrated thermal energy(eg solar reflectors ) the water inside will begin to boil . After sometime it will get converted  into steam and pass through valve   no 1 and then through the pressure valve where its pressure will be checked for known value of the valve.
After this it will pass through the turbine rotating the ganerater to produce electricity . After passing through the turbine it will escape through valve 2* into the atmosphere .
This is a common way through which steam engines work .

*The significance of valve 2 is that when in phase III there is low pressure inside the primary collecter air will not be able to go in through the exhaust pipe of phase I because of the no-return valve
