Phase II :

In this section I will state the use of  "secondary collecter" .
While phase I works the secondary collecter is also exposed to the source of energy . It also contains water and works in the same way as the primary collecter works in phase I the only difference being that the steam emerging from it is not used to run any generator . It works till all water in it escapes as it gets converted into steam .
As soon as phase I stops an automatic mechanism switches the system to phase II . Here there should be instant cooling of primary as well as secondary collector by pouring of cold water . As soon as water is poured the secondary collecter cools resulting in very low pressure inside it . Then the valve 4 opens resulting into the flow of air from the 'free space between metal box and insulated box ' into secondary collecter(as there is no other way) . When this happens low pressure developes between the metal box and its insulation where it was free space . Now the cold ness around  the box remains constant as all the heat from it is absorbed into the low density air so as to counter the pressure - temperature difference . (caution should be taken that the is no air leakage any where ) .
The need for this cooling system is that when phase I stops the pressure inside the metal box of the primary collecter falls . To counter this , the matter inside absorbes heat from the surrounding . The heat of the metal is also absorbed . Due to this much low pressure is not left inside such that it will pull in water from the reservoir . Hence cooling is very essential so that heat inside the primary box is reduced to large extent and we get significant results in Phase III

* Initially I didn't know about it . But after the testing I got it .
