Kagome is in school taking a test.
Kagome: 'A! Yama ga atatta! A, koremo! Surasura tokeru.' (Ah, I can solve this one! Ah, this one too! They're easily solved.)
Teacher: "Eraizo Higurashi, manten da." (Excellent Higurashi, perfect score.)
Girl w/hairband: "Ehhh... sugoooi Kagome!" (Woww.. that's impressive Kagome!)
Kagome is looking happy with a tear in her eye. All her classmates are clapping their hands and praising her.
Girl w/hairband: "Kore de koukou niyuushi mo bacchirine." (Now the high school entrance exam will be a cinch!)
Girl w/short hair: "Omedetou Kagome." (Congratulations Kagome.)
Girl w/ponytail: "Omedetou." (Congratulations.)
Kagome: "Arigatou. Arigatou minna." (Thank you. Thank you everyone.)
Kagome runs through a stadium with her perfect scored math test. Everyone is cheering her on.
Kagome: 'Yume jyanai! Yume jyanai no ne!!' (It's not a dream! It's really not a dream!!)
Kagome is sleeping happily with a text book. The fire crackles. She wakes up to see Miroku, Shippou, and Inuyasha sleeping.
Kagome: 'Hu... yappari yume ka...' (Hmph, guess it really was just a dream...)
* It must feel really good to pass a te-su-to I'm guessing *

Kagome: (screaming) "Inuyasha!!"
Inuyasha (in human form) is falling off a cliff with Toukajin.
Miroku: "Toukajin ha... shinde iru." (Toukajin is... dead.)
Kagome: "Inuyasha ha... doko!?" (Inuyasha... where is he!?)
Shippou: "Toukajin no shitajiki ni nattorun jyanaika!?" (Couldn't he be smushed under Toukajin!?)
Kagome: "So, sonna..." (No, no way...)
Miroku tries to use his staff to lift Toukajin's dead body
Miroku: "Sukuwaneba!" (Got to get him out!)
Kagome: "Inuyasha--!"
Shippou: (trying to push the body) "Uu omoi!" (Ugh, he's heavy!)
Kagome: (heart beating faster) 'Onegai... ikitete Inuyasha!' (Please... be alive Inuyasha!)
Inuyasha is backin into his regular form and is lying on a tree
Inuyasha: "N...?" 'Asa ka... Chikushyou imaimashi. Mou sukoshi hayaku youryouku ga modottereba...' (Hn...? Morning huh... Damn it, this is irritating. If only my youkai power came back a little earlier...)
Shippou is crying heavily
Shippou: "Inuyasha ha shindan jyaaa!" (Inuyasha dead!)
Kagome: "So, sonna.." (No, no way..."
Shippou: "Hidoi kegashite ottashi... ningen no karada de anna gake kara ochi tara... tasukaru waky ga na-i!" (He had terrible wounds... falling off that cliff with his human body... there was no way for him to have survive!)
Miroku: "Nakuna Shippou. Minna de kuyoushite ageyou." (Don't cry Shippou. Let's all hold a memorial service.)
Kagome: "Miroku-sama made so-yuu..." (Mroku-sama, even you're thinking....)
Miroku: "Inuyasha ha honmou datta no deshyou. Inochi wo nageutte demo... Kagome-sama wo sukuitakatta no de shyoukara." (Inuyasha has surely achieved his goal. Even if he had to exchange his life... he wanted to save Kagome-sama.)
Inuyasha: (looking tired) .....
Kagome: "..... sonna koto saretatte... chittomo ureshikunai." (Even though he did that... i'm not the least bit happy)
Inuyasha: (looks shocked with sweat beads on his face) 'Na! Ko, kono onna naki mo shineede...' (Wha! Th, this woman, won't even cry...)
Kagome: "Youryoku no nai kuseni anna muchya na koto shite... baka yo, Inuyasha ha!" (Even with his youkai powers gone he did such a reckless thing... stupid, that's what Inuyasha is!)
Miroku: "Tashikani baka deshita na..." (It certainly was stupid...)
Shippou: "Oobakamono jya-!" (He's a big idiot!)
Inuyasha stands behind Miroku and Shippou, their pupils look smaller.
Inuyasha: "Temeera iwasete okeba..." (You bastards don't know when to stop...)
Shippou jumps onto Inuyasha's shoulders
Shippou: "Ikitottaka Inuyasha-!" (You were alive Inuyasha!)
Inuyasha: "Warukatta na-." (That was bad.)
Miroku: "Nani wo hinekurete irunodesu." (What are you being so sour about.)
Inuyasha: "Ore ga kantan ni kutabaru wakenee daro. Kudaranee shinpai shiyagatte." (There's no way I would die easily. There's no point in worrying.)
Kagome turns around with tears in her eyes.
Kagome: "Kudaranaitte nani yo! Shinpai suruno atarimae jyanai!" (What do you mean 'no point'! Of course we're going to worry!)
Inuyasha: "Ge. Na, na" (Geh. Wha, wha)
Kagome: "Anta ga muri shiteta no shitterun dakara." (Because you did something so reckless)
Inuyasha: "Tasukattan dakara ii jyaneeka, nakuna." (You got saved so it's alright, don't cry)
Kagome: "Naitenai wa yo." (I'm not crying)
Kagome cries with her hands over her eyes.
Kagome: "Anta ga ikitete ureshii no yo!" (I'm happy that you're alive!)
Inuyasha: (looking confused) 'O... okottetan jyanee no ka!?' (Sh, she wasn't mad!?)
* A ha ha ha, I knew that Inuyasha was alive all along! *

Miroku: "Atsumete sae ireba, izure naraku no hou kara watasitachi no kakera wo neratte yatte kimasu."
(turns toward Sango) "Sango mo... Sorede iidesu ka? Itsukoku mo hayaku kataki wo uchitaida rouga..." (As long as we collect them, Naraku will eventually come after our fragment. Sango.... is that okay with you? I'm sure you want your revenge as soon as possible, but...)
Sango: "Un. Kuyashii kedo..." (Yes. It's painful though...)
Inuyasha and Kagome looks at Miroku comically.
Miroku: "Wakarimasu, omae no kimochi." (I understand, your feelings.)
Sango: "Houshi-sama..." (pinches Miroku's hand, which was on Sango's lap) "Nande hanashi nagara nade mawasu?" (Houshi-sama, why are you searching around while we talk)
Inuyasha: "Ano sukebe yarou, yappari neratte yagatta no ka." (That perverted bastard, I thought he was going after)
Kagome: "Sango-chan no kega ga naoru made gaman shiteta no yo." (He's been holding it in until Sango-chan's wounds healed.)
* That Miroku just doesn't know when to stop! *

After coming out of the water...
Miroku: (lying over Sango) "Sango, shikkari na sai." (Sango, hang in there.)
Bends down to listen to Sango's heart beat.
Miroku: "Ikan, mizu wo nondarashii. Iki wo huki komaneba. Yoishyo." (Oh no, she's taken in too much water. I must do mouth-to-mouth. Alrighty.)
Sango's opens her eyes to find Miroku's mouth just above hers.
Miroku: "Donda gokai desu na." (It was a terrible misunderstanding.)
Miroku has a huge hand print on his face while Sango has moved to the side, shivering and blushing a bit
Sango: "... ..."
* tsk tsk, Miroku seems to get slapped more than Inuyasha, when it comes to girls... *
