Bette has been up to a whole lot lately. She has two recent movies--"Isn't She Great" didn't do as well as expected, but "Drowning Mona" has pulled in a very respectable amount of money up against heavy hitter competition that includes Madonna's new movie, "The Next Best Thing". Both "Isn't She Great?" and "Drowning Mona" are wonderful movies worth seeing. Bette recently participated in her first online chat and discussed previous and upcoming projects, which include the working on a new album, plus 2 new movies, one with Mel Gibson. Well, Bette's amazing tour is over! All of us who were lucky enough to see it are still trying to get over it, as promised by Bette. You can read my review of the show which is finally up.

This page is about Bette Midler, the best entertainer around by all means (at least in my opinion.) Bette has so much going for her, and she uses all her forces every single moment she's performing. She's a wonderful dramatic actress, even better comedian and a powerful singer. No one can match Bette's performance caliber, especially live. She's a gift.
