Wowzers, it's been 7 months since I updated this page. As of now, I'm going through and doing everything, making and uploading new graphics, finding new stuff to put up, and cleaning up the old junk. It's a long process though. Luckily, I'm an insomniac. There are going to be a bunch of new sections coming up in the next couple of weeks including lots of cool stories to read, guitar tab, and **drum roll please** a PUNK section! Plus more Foo Fighters stuff. So come back soon to catch all of that. Oh yeah, and I found some more games to occupy the bored.

Freak Of the Month

On the left is Chris King. He's the real Freak of the Month because he's only person that submitted a picture that I could post on the site (since it has been 7 months and all, there were other submissions, but they weren't in the right format. I gotta convert them). The other guy is..damn, I forgot his name. Matt I think. Well, you can harass him on AOL Instant Messenger, his screen name is PunkDiedIn77. The reason I stuck him up there was to kick off yet another special Freak Appreciaton thing. For the next few months I'm going to be doing a special dedication to the punkers and metal heads who play in bands. So if you're in a band, or have a friend who's in a band, send your pic (any format but .art files...bmp is ok, it just takes longer for me to post it) to d647@erols.com. I'll post your pic on the main page and/or in a special section. And I'll link your site and only say nice things about your band =P.

Just because it's Band Appreciation Month (which will really last til like October), there's still an open call to all you other freaks out there. Submit your pic. If you don't like the term "freak", go to the page , and learn the history of Freak Appreciation and what it's all about. And please remember (cuz there's been some confusion about this), by "freak", I don't mean people who are into kinky sex (although some are, heehee). "Freak" is what scared old ladies, conservative yuppies, and preps call goths, skaters, metal heads, and punks. So if you fall into that category and have access to a scanner, help me out. Besides, the worst thing that could happen? I don't get money for using your pic on my site (and neither do you unless I decide to run a contest), this isn't a porn site so no weird, dirty things will be done with your picture, and my friends are a lot nerdier than you'll ever be, so you won't be the only dork with your picture up.
Oh yeah, and even though I've been getting some pictures, I've yet to receive any original artwork or other creative works like poems or stories to add to the Freak section. I guess I'll have to create some myself to get the ball rolling, but I'd really like some submissions too. Stuff like Sean's Story Corner (parodies) are good too. Send submission my way
