Welcome to the power theory section. As I watch DBZ, I noticed one main thing that most other sites have neglected. While having a high power is all well and good, but if you're slow, you might as well throw in the towel. Hence the following. This section gives a clear idea on the aspect of what goes in to create the perfect fighter. Also, an "Importance Bar" is included to show which aspects are more important than others (not up yet). If yo're still reading, you might as well go through this section.

Ki

For those of you who don't know, ki is a japanese concept that ties heavily into religion and martial arts. It is best described in American terms as the spirit, or soul. This is a ballpark comparison, so don't hold too strongly to that. In Dragonball/Z/GT, the basic idea is that these fighters have learned to manipulate their ki, and use it to fly, shoot energy balsts, etc. Now remember, no one in Japan actually believes that you can make energy blasts with your ki. It's just DBZ that has this happening. In DBZ terms, ki is usually the most highly regarded aspect of fighting. This is usually the case, so ki takes up over a third of the bar.
