Palm Village Senior Citizens Apartment is a 30 unit apartment complex located in Los Angeles, California. It is restricted to seniors with less than 40% medium income.

The development concept is a well-designed project intended to provide attractive, comfortable, and affordable housing for seniors.  The project emphasizes the significance of environmental conditions and ecological standards, which are essential to the project's  sustainability and safety. There are private and common open spaces serving the needs of the residents, guests and visitors.  There is also a parking area on-site. All areas not occupied by structures are landscaped or paved either with ground coverings or plants, lawns and/or trees.
